Kadisco Powder Putty
Kadisco Powder Putty is a cement and emulsion based putty designed to fill and level surface imperfections on cement and plaster. It improves water resistance and provides a sound base for adhesion of subsequent coatings. Suitable for interior and exterior surface preparation and can be overcoated directly with Berger internal/external emulsions without a primer (on suitably prepared surfaces).
