Exterior Cement Putty

Exterior Cement Putty is a cement and powdered-emulsion based putty designed to fill and level surface imperfections on cement and plaster. It improves water resistance and provides a sound base for adhesion of subsequent coatings. Suitable for exterior surface preparation and can be overcoated directly with Kadisco external emulsions without a primer (on suitably prepared surfaces).
